I began designing Web Sites in 2004 for Blue Ridge Pottery and the Blue Ridge Mountain Inn, where my Wife is an Innkeeper.  I find it very beneficial as a designer having the opportunity to directly see the results of my work converting Visitors from the Web into Bookings. I get the chance to meet our Guests Personally during Check-In and learn from their compliments and suggestions. What has always amazed e over the years is how "Familiarized" our Guests are with the Inn and with our family solely from the content on the Web Site. That emphasizes to me the importance of guaranteeing your First Impression.

My combined experience in Web Design and Insight into the Daily Operations of a Bed and Breakfast gives me a unique perspective that many web designers do not posses. I have learned a lot about Inn-keeping and the Psychology of our Guests. It is my goal to pass that knowledge along in all of the sites I build.
